Cooking Light 9-95 1/2 ts Ground cumin
Carolyn Shaw 8-95 1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Nonfat plain yogurt 4 c Sliced seeded peeled
3 tb Chopped fresh mint Cucumber
1/2 ts Salt
Combine all ingredients except cucumbers in a bowl and stir well. Add
cucumbers; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
Per serving: 57 cal., 4.3 g protein, .4 g (6%) fat, 9.8 g carb., 1.9 g
fiber, 1 mg chol., .8 mg iron, 340 mg sodium, 144 mg calcium.
