See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 ea Onion 1 1/3 c Tomato ketchup
2 ea Garlic cloves 1 ts Cider vinegar
1/4 c Margarine 2 ea Bay leaves
1 tb Curry powder 12 ea Whole cloves
Slice onions chop garlic finely. Heat margarine saute the onion
garlic in it until they brown. Stir in the curry powder add the
ketchup with the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for about 20
minutes, until it thickens. Remove bay leaves cloves.
This is best served hot on wholewheat toast or chilled on crackers.
It is quite rich, so spread thinly.
