8 oz Vermicelli
1/3 c Water
3 tb Creamy peanut butter
2 tb Soy sauce
1/8 ts Crushed red pepper
1 c Snow peas -- cut into 1"
Chunks
2 cn Swanson Chunk White Chicken
(5 oz) -- drained
1/2 c Red bell pepper -- in
Strips
3 Green onion -- sliced
4 oz Spinach -- shredded
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain in colander.
Meanwhile, in 1 qt saucepan, combine water, peanut butter, soy sauce
and crushed red pepper. Over medium heat, heat to boiling, stirring
constantly. Add snow peas; cook until sauce is smooth and peas are
tender-crisp, stirring constantly. In large bowl, combine hot
spaghetti, chicken, red pepper, and green onions. Pour sauce mixture
over spaghetti mixture; toss to coat. Serve immediately on spinach.
