1 lb Beef, ground -
1 Egg, well beaten -
1/2 ts Salt -
-das -pepper
1 Onion, minced -
1/4 c Bread crumbs -
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Mix in order given and shape into round cakes. Fry in butter until
nicely browned.
