See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 Onion; finely chopped 1 1/2 c Milk
1/4 c Pepper, green; minced 3/8 c Tomato sauce
2 tb Shortening 1 1/2 tb Flour, all-purpose
6 Eggs; separated 1 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c Oysters, fried; chopped Salt; to taste
3/4 c Rice; cooked Pepper; to taste
Saute onion and green pepper in shortening in a saucepan. Stir in
other ingredients except egg whites; heat. Remove from heat and add
beaten egg whites. Pour into lightly greased baking dish; bake at
350 degrees until lightly browned on top.
