2 ea Green Onions, Sliced 1/4 t Salt
1 T Butter Or Margarine 1/4 t Dried Sage, Crushed
2/3 c Water 2 t Snipped Parsley
1/3 c Regular Long Grain Rice
* Bell peppers can be any color, but should be cut into 1-inch
julienne strips.

minutes or till vegetables are tender. Stir in water, rice, bell

for 2 to 3 minutes or till boiling.
