8 qt Tomato, green 1 ts Allspice
2 Lemon 1 tb Cinnamon
4 lb Brown sugar 1 ts Ginger
2 lb Raisins 1/2 ts Mace
1 tb Salt 1 c Vinegar
2 ts Cloves
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Scald and peel the tomatoes. Put through a food chopper with the
lemons. Add sugar, raisins, vinegar and spices and cook about 45
minutes. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
