Fast Healthy 8/92 1 tb Chopped fresh parsley
Carolyn Shaw 8-95 1 1/2 ts Chopped fresh dill
1 ct (12oz) lowfat cottage OR
Cheese 1/2 ts Dried dill weed
1 tb Lemon juice 1 ts Sugar
2 tb Shredded carrot ds Pepper
1 tb Sliced green onion
In blender, combine cottage cheese and lemon juice. Cover; blend 3-5
minutes or until smooth. Spoon imto bowl; stir in remaining
ingredients. Serve with raw vegetable dippers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Per tablespoon: 14 calories, 2 g protein, 1 g carb., 0 g fiber and
fat, 1 mg chol., 60 mg sodium, 20 mg potassium, free exchange.
