1 Recipe double boiler Polenta 4 Pats butter for garnish
-see preceeding recipe 1/2 c Grated Parmesan cheese, plus
4 tb Unsalted butter, softened + -more for passing
Prepare Double-Boiler Polenta. Stir in butter and 1/2 cup Parmesan
cheese. Divide polenta among 4 bowls. Top each with a pat of butter
and sprinkle generousely with Parmesan cheese to taste.
