2 tb Butter 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1 lb Crabmeat 1/2 ts Dry mustard
1 c Fresh bread crumbs 3 dr Tabasco sauce
1/2 c Heavy whipping cream, -Salt and pepper to taste
-lightly whipped 2 tb Melted butter
1 tb Lemon juice 2 tb Parsley flakes
1 tb Finely chopped scallion -Paprika to taste
Preheat oven to 375. Melt 2 tb butter in heavy skillet. Add crabmeat;
toss well to coat. Add bread crumbs, cream, lemon juice, scallion,
Worcestershire sauce, sry mustard, Tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper to
crab. Mix lightly but thoroughly. divide among 4 lightly greased
ramekins. Drizzle butter over crab mixture; sprinkle with parsley and
paprika. Place on baking sheets and bake 15 minutes. or until lightly
browned.
