8 oz Oil-pk sun-dried tomatoes 1 cn Artichoke hearts; drain --
10 Milliliters Slice, 7oz
1/8 ts Hot pepper sauce 1/3 c Sliced ripe olives
4 Pita breads -- 5-7" 2 ts Dried basil -- savory
1 1/2 c Fontina cheese; shred -- Or 3 ts
6 Oz Garlic -- pressed
Preheat baking sheet in 450~ oven. Drain oil from marinated tomatoes
into small bowl; set aside tomatoes. Mix garlic and hot pepper sauce
with oil. Brush onto both sides of breads. Cover breads with half of
the cheese. Arrange tomatoes, artichokes, olives and herbs over
cheese, dividing equally. Top with remaining cheese; place on baking
sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes just until breads are crisp.
