1 1/2 c Milk; low-fat
2 tb Instant coffee granules
1 pk Cream cheese; 8oz
1 pk Vanilla pudding; 4-serving
. size
2 c Frozen nondairy whipped
. topping; thawed
3 md Ripe bananas; sliced
6 oz Ladyfingers; split and cut
. in half
1 1/2 oz Semisweet chocolate; grated

1 Banana; sliced (opt)
Chocolate shavings (opt)
Stir together the milk and coffee until the coffee is almost
dissolved.
Beat together the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl until smooth
and blended. Add the pudding mix; gradually beat in the coffee
mixture until smooth and blended. Gently stir in the whipped topping
and the three sliced bananas until just blended.
Layer 1/3 of the ladyfingers on the bottom and sides of a 3-quart
casserole dish; evenly spoon in 1/3 of the cream mixture and sprinkle
with 1/2 the grated chocolate. Repeat layers, ending with cream
mixture. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
Garnish with additional sliced bananas and chocolate shavings, if
desired.
