And drained
1 cn (16 oz) yellow corn, rinsed
And drained
1 cn (7 oz) chopped green chilies
With liquid
1 Red bell pepper,diced small
1 sm Purple onion, diced small
3 tb Cilantro, chopped fine
Juice of 1 lime
1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Garlic powder
Combine all ingredients and serve either hot, room temperature or
cold. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Per serving:
