2 tb Margarine or butter -chopped
1 ts Curry powder 1 cn (10 3/4 ounces) condensed
1 sm Onion, chopped (about 1/4 -cream of chcken-soup
-cup) 1 Soup can water
2 c Cut-up cooked chicken 2 c Hot cooked rice
1/3 c Raisins -Chopped peanuts, if
1 sm Unpared red apple, coarsely -desired
Cook margarine, curry powder and onion in 3-quart saucepan over
medium heat about 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until onion is
tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except rice and peanuts. Cook,
stirring occasionally until hot. Serve over rice. sprinkle with
peanuts. 4 servings.
