Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
7 sm Tea bags
12 Sprigs mint
8 c Boiling water
7 Lemons -- juiced
3 Lemon rinds
2 c Sugar
8 c Water
Steep tea, mint and lemon rind in boiling water for 12 minutes.
Remove from water. Add juice and sugar. Strain, then add rest of
water. Makes 1= gallon.
