See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 1/2 lb Ground Beef, Extra Lean
2/3 c Quick-Cooking Oats
1 c Milk, 1% Lowfat
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 ts Poultry Seasoning
2 Eggs
1 ts Worcestershire Sauce
1 Onions -- Chopped
1/4 c Brown Sugar, Packed
2 ts Mustard
1/8 ts Ground Nutmeg
1/2 c Catsup
Combine first 9 ingredients. Put in round microwave-safe tube pan.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top of meat mixture.
Microwave at 70% power for about 15 minutes or until temperature
probe says 160 degrees. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut in half and
transfer to serving plate if desired.
