See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
1 lb Broccoli
1 md Onion, quartered
1 ea Garlic clove
2 c Vegetable stock
1/4 c Flour
2 1/2 c Soy milk
2 tb Soy sauce
2 ts Basil
Salt pepper, to taste
Cut the broccoli into florets and slice about 1/4 of the top of each
stem. Reserve 1c of florets.
Put the broccoli, onion, garlic, and broth or water in a large
saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to med and cook until the
vegetables are tender, about 15 mins.
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and add the flour.
Process until smooth. Return the soup to the saucepan; add the
remaining ingredients and the florets. Cook over med heat until the
soup thickens and is heated thru.
Season to taste with the salt and pepper and serve.
