1/4 c Olive oil 1 c Sun-dried tomatoes; sliced
3 cl Garlic; chopped 1 c Chicken broth
3/4 lb Chicken breast; skinned and 1/2 c Feta cheese; crumbled
-boned; cubed 1/2 lb Fettuccine
10 oz Spinach; stemmed and chopped
In large skillet stir fry oil, garlic and chicken over medium heat
until the chicken is cooked throughout. Add the raw spinach,
tomatoes and chicken broth; cover and simmer over low heat until the
spinach is wilted and tomatoes softened. Add cooked pasta to the
sauce and season to taste. Turn off heat, sprinkle with cheese and
toss. 380 calories and 25 grams fat. Source: Store ad
