Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:


---------------------MAKES: 4 SERVINGS--------------------------
1 1/2 c Cran-raspberry drink -cream of wheat
3 ea Tb sugar 1/8 t Salt
1/4 c Quick cooking farina or Milk

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except milk. Bring to a
boil, stirring constantly. Cook 2-3 minutes until thickened, stirring
occasionally. Pour into a bowl; place bowl over ice water. With
electric mixer, beat ten minutes at high speed until pale pink, thick
and frothy. Pour into four serving dishes; serve immediately or
refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with milk to pour over each
portion. Per serving: 150 cal., 3g pro., 34g carb., 0g fiber, 1g fat,
95mg chol., 100mg potassium, 1 starch and 1 fruit exchange. Source:
