Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

3 lg ripe plantains
vegetable oil

1. Peel plantains and slice into thin rounds.

2. In a large frying pan, heat 1/4 inch oil over medium-high heat for 4
to 5 minutes.

3. Add plantain slices and fry for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown
on both sides.

4. Remove from oil with slotted spoon and drain on paper towel.
