EXTRA SPECIAL USE FOR 1 c Strained peaches
-BABY-PACK FRUITS (baby pack)
1 ea Egg white 1/2 c Orange juice
1/3 c Granulated sugar 1 1 c Heavy cream, whipped
-tablesp. Iemon juice
Turn temperature control of refrigerator to coldest setting. Beat egg
white until stiff but not dry; beat in sugar and peaches. Fold orange
and lemon juice into cream, fold into peach mixture. Pour into
freezing tray; freeze until firm, stirring once. Then return
temperature control to normal setting. Makes 6 servings.
