4 c Uncooked regular rice 3 ea Tb chicken flavored instant
1/2 c Dried apricots, finely -bouillon
-chopped 1 T Dried grated orange peel
1/2 c Raisins 1 t Seasoned salt
1/4 c Slivered almonds 1/2 t Allspice
1/4 c Dried minced onion
In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in an airtight
container at room temperature. To Prepare 4 servings: Place 1 cup
rice mix in a saucepan with 1 3/4 cups water and mix well. Bring to a
boil, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 14-18 minutes or until
rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand
five minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Carolyn's note: the
only nutritional information I saved on this is that it has 1 gram of
