1 3/4 c Flour, unsifted 1 cn Eagle Brand Sweetened
3/4 c Confectioners' sugar -Condensed Milk
1/4 c Hershey's Cocoa (not evaporated milk)
1 c Butter, cold 1 t Vanilla extract
12 oz Semi-sweet Chocolate chips 1 c Walnuts, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa; cut in
butter until crumbly. Press on bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Bake 15
minutes. In saucepan, melt 1 cup chips with sweetened condensed milk
and vanilla. Pour over crust; top with walnuts and remaining chips;
press down firmly. Bake 20 minutes or set. Cool. Cut into bars.
