Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1/2 lb Green Beans 1 lb Bean Sprouts
20 oz Spinach, Fresh 1 lb New Potatoes
1/2 Cabbage, Sliced Fine 3 Eggs, Hard Boiled

Cook potatoes with the skins on. Blanch vegetables until tender-crisp.
Chill all cooked vegetables; arrange attractively. Serve with Saus
