See below ingredients and instructions of the recipe
2 c Garbanzo beans (chickpeas), 1/4 c Flour, whole wheat
-mashed 2 ts Oil
1 ea Carrot, finely chopped Salt
1/4 Small onion, minced Pepper
Mix the ingredients (except oil) in a bowl. Form 6 flat patties.
Fry in oiled pan over medium-high heat until burgers are golden brown
on each side.
Per serving: 133 calories; 3g fat (17% of calories from fat); 5g
protein; 23g carbohydrates; 34mg calcium; 1mg iron; 250mg sodium; 2g
dietary fiber.
