Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

10 Whole heads of garlic -or other herbs
2 tb Extra-virgin olive oil 1 tb Sea salt
2 tb Salad oil 1/2 ts Fresh ground pepper
1 tb Thyme

Slice the top third off of each garlic pod. Combine the oils in a
small shallow baking dish or pie pan. Distribute the seasonings
equally in the oil. Arrange the pods, cut side down, in the pan.
Roast for abput 35 minutes in a 350øF oven. The cloves of garlic
should be soft and the cut edges should be slightly caramelized.
