Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
2 md Cucumber -- thinly sliced 1/4 ts Mustard -- prepared
4 ea Green onion -- thinly 2 tb Fresh dill -- minced
Sliced 1 tb Vinegar
3 Scoops 1 tb Milk
2 tb Fresh parsley -- snipped 1/2 ts Salt
Dressing: 1/8 ts Pepper
1/4 c Sour cream Tomatoes -- sliced
In a bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and parsley. Combine
dressing ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently.
cover and chill for at least 1 hr. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
