Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 ts Freshly grated ginger 2 tb Water
1/4 ts Minced garlic 2 ts Orange juice
2 tb Low-sodium soy sauce 1 ts White vinegar

Combine all ingredients into a small jar and shake well. Makes 1/4
cup - 6 calories per tablespoon
