8 md Carrots, cut diagonally in 2 t Grated orange peel
-thin slices 1 1/2 c ;water
4 T Apple juice concentrate 2 t Cornstarch mixed with 3
1/2 t Ground cinnamon -Tablespoons water
1/8 t Ground allspice
1) Put carrots and remaining ingred except corn starch mixture in med
size saucepan. 2) Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 min or
until carrots are tender, but not soft. 3) Add cornstarch mixture;
cook; stirring constantly, until mixture thickens
