Main Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cold water
14 ounce bottle catsup
3 1/2 ounce package sliced pepperoni
8 ounce package shredded mozzarella cheese
Oregano leaves
Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Mix baking mix, salt and water with fork to soft dough. Knead 5 times on lightly floured surface. Divide dough into 4 parts; roll or pat each part into 8 inch circles.
Place circles on grill 5 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 minutes. Turn; spread with catsup and top with pepperoni and cheese. Sprinkle with oregano. Cook 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are brown.
