Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

2 lg Plantains Cayenne to taste

Cut plantains into fourths crosswise, then slice lengthwise to form
rectangular pieces about 1/4" thick about 2" long. Sprinkle with
cayenne grill or broil for about 6 minutes, or until just tender.
