2 Moderately ripe avocados
Peeled and pitted
1 Minced clove garlic
2 tb Minced white onion
1 Green chili roasted peeled
And minced
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Put the avocados, garlic, onion and green chili in a mixing bowl.
Combine with a fork until well mixed but not necessarily free of
lumps. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and
set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.
