------------------------INGREDIENTS-----------------------------
2 ea Ham slices, 3/4" thick 1/2 c Maple syrup
1 c Sweet cider 3/4 c Cranberries
1 c Port wine'
-------------------------DIRECTIONS------------------------------
3/4 c Seedless grapes or raisins 4 ea Whole cloves
6 sl Pineapple (optional) Juice of 1 orange
Place ham slices in CROCK-POT: (roll to fit, if necessary). Add
remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on High 1 hour, then on Low 6
hours. To thicken gravy: set CROCK-POT to High. Remove ham slices.
Make a paste of 2 tablespoons cornstarch with 3 tablespoons water.
Stir into CROCK-POT. Cook on High until thick. *So delicious you can
omit the port wine-just cook in cider and syrup.
