This handy topping mix can Saves time.
-be kept in the fridge for 2 c Flour
-up to 2 months. 2 c Oatmeal, quick cook
Keep a supply on hand for 1 1/3 c Packed brown sugar
-when you want to whip up a 1 tb Cinnamon
-quick fruit crisp. 1 ts Nutmeg
Combine all ingredients and store in covered container or airtight
ziploc type bag. Keeps in fridge for up to 2 months.

8 inch baking dish with sliced fruit (tossed with a bit of sugar if
desired) Combine 1-1/4 cups of MIX along with 1/3 cup melted butter.
Pat crumb mixture on top of fruit and bake as usual. Coconut can be
