1 lb Beef, ground -and chopped
1 sm Onion; chopped 7 oz Corn, whole kernel
3 c Rice; cooked 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 cn Soup, cream of mushroom 1/2 ts Chili powder
8 oz Tomatoes, stewed; undrained 1 c Cheese, Cheddar; shredded
Cook beef and onion in large skillet over medium-high heat; drain
fat. Stir in rice, soup, tomatoes, corn, garlic powder and chili
powder. Pour mixture into greased 2-quart baking dish; bake at 350
degrees for 20 minutes. Top with cheese; bake an additional 5 to 10
minutes.
Each serving provides 414 calories, 22 g. protein, 21 g. fat, 34 g.
carbohydrate, 2 g. dietary fiber, 65 mg cholesterol and 665 mg sodium.
