12 lb Sirloin tip roast, trimmed 1 1/2 ts Pepper
About 2 in. thick 1 lg Onion -- sliced
1/2 c Butter or margarine 3 md Green pepper -- sliced into
1 tb Browning sauce -- liquid Ring
3 ts Seasoned salt
Cut into 15 portions; place each on a piece of aluminum foil. In a
saucepan melt butter; stir in browning sauce. Pover over roasts.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Arrange onion and green
pepper on roasts. Seal foil; plce pouchers in roasting pan. Bake at
350 deg. for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Yield; 12 to 15 servings.
