1/2 c Minced onion 1 ts Fresh rosemary -- minced
1 tb Olive oil Or 1/4 teaspoon dried
1 c Chicken broth -- or dry Rosemary, crushed
White wine 1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Honey ds Pepper
1/4 c Lime juice 1 tb Cornstarch
2 ts Dry mustard 1 tb Water
In a saucepan, saute onion in olive oil until tender. Stir in broth or
wine, honey, lime juice, mustard, rosemary, salt and pepper; bring to
a boil. Reduce heat. Combine cornstarch and water; stir into sauce.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened. Serve over turkey,
chicken, fish or pork. Cover and refrigerate leftovers. Yield: about
1-1/2 cups
