1/3 c Butter 3 c Milk
1/2 c Flour, all-purpose 1 tb Soy sauce
1 1/2 ts Salt 1 lb Chinese vegetables; drained
1/8 ts Pepper 2 c Turkey; sliced chunks
1 1/2 ts Curry powder 2 c Rice; cooked
1/2 ts Ginger, ground 3 oz Chow mein noodles
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt, pepper, curry powder,
and ginger. Add milk and soy sauce; cook, stirring constantly, until
sauce is thickened and smooth. Fold in vegetables and turkey. Place
an equal amount of rice in six 10-ounce individual casseroles; top
each with an equal amount of turkey mixture and noodles. Bake at 375
degrees until hot and bubbly, about 15 minutes.
