Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 Rack pork ribs, cut into
-2-3 rib portions (3 lb)
2 c Jamaican Jerk Sauce

Coat ribs with Jamaican Jerk Sauce, rubbing sauce in well. Cover and
refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350'F. 45 minutes, occasionally
turning and basting. Remove from oven and grill over medium hot coals
until browned and cooked through, about 25-30 minutes, turning ribs 4
or 5 times and basting with Jamaican Jerk Sauce.

622 calories; 1,720 milligrams sodium; 123 milligrams cholesterol; 51
grams fat; 11 grams carbohydrates; 30 grams protein; 0.35 gram fiber.
