1 t Salt 1/8 t Pepper
1/4 t Pepper 2 T Brown sugar
1/8 t Cinnamon 1/4 c Soy sauce
1/8 t Ground cloves 1/2 t Ground ginger
1 1/2 t Curry Powder ---Bob's Beef Jerky---
1/2 t Garlic powder 4 T Soy sauce
1 t Ground ginger 4 T Teriyaki sauce
1/8 t Ground cumin 1 T Corriander
---Frontier Jerky--- 1/4 t Pepper
1 t Salt 1 T Ketchup (May use hot
1/4 t Pepper -ketchup if desired)
2 T Worcestershire sauce 4 T Worcestershire sauce
2 T Liquid smoke 1/2 t Liquid smoke
1 t Garlic powder 1/4 t Garlic powder
---Great Jerky--- ---Mild Mexican Jerky---
3/4 t Salt 1 t Salt
1/4 t Cracked pepper 1/4 t Pepper
1 T Brown sugar 1 t Chili powder
2 T Soy sauce 1/2 t Garlic powder
1 T Worcestershire sauce 1/2 t Crushed oregano
1 ea Clove Garlic, crushed 1 t Paprika

You may have to alter the ingredient list depending upon the amount
of meat you intend on using.
As you can see, these are a basic ingredient list that you may use
for the different types of jerky.
