Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:



600 g Kangkong
300 g Red chilli
100 g Onions
20 g Prawn paste
1/2 Litre tamarind juice
100 g White prawn meat
10 g Salt
20 g Oil

Blanche kangkong and put aside. Heat pan with oil. Blend red chilli
and onion. Add prawn paste and tamarind juice and let it boil. Add
prawn meat. Season with salt and add kangkong. From
