6 ea Potatoes, sliced 1 ea Zucchini, sliced
1 lg Onion, sliced 1 c Corn, frozen or fresh
2 ea Carrots, sliced 1 c Peas, frozen or fresh
1 ea Green bell pepper, sliced
--------------------OPTIONAL VEGETABLES-------------------------
Mushrooms Green beans
Broccoli
---------------------------SAUCE--------------------------------
2 1/2 c Tomato sauce 2 ts Chili powder
1/4 c Tamari 1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Thyme 1/8 ts Sage
1 ts Dry mustard 2 tb Parsley flakes
1 ts Basil
Layer vegetables in large casserole in order given.
Mix together ingredients for sauce and pour over vegetables.
Cook six hours at high or 12 at low.
