Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:


------------------------LEMON SAUCE-----------------------------
2 tb Sugar 1 ts Grated lemon peel
1 ts Cornstarch 1/2 ts Lemon juice
1/4 c Water 1/2 ts Margarine or butter

--------------------------SUNDAES-------------------------------
1 c Frozen fat free vanilla 3 tb Finely crushed gingersnap
-yogurt -cookies

In small saucepan, combine sugar and cornstarch; mix well. Stir in
water until well blended. Bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly,
until thickened. Remove from heat, stir in lemon peel, lemon juice,
and margarine. Cool slightly. Scoop yogurt into 2 individual dessert
dishes. Top each with lemon sauce; sprinkle with cookie crumbs. Serve
immediately.
