2 Chicken breasts, cut in 1 Red bell pepper, cut in 1"
Cubes Cubes
2 Limes, juice of 16 White pearl onions
2 cl Garlic, minced 1 Green bell pepper, cut in 1"
1 tb Low sodium soy sauce Pieces
1 tb Apple juice concentrate 2 sm Zucchini, cubed
8 oz Medium mushrooms
Combine lime juice, garlic, soy sauce and apple juice and marinate the
chicken in it in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, turning
occasionally. Alternate chicken and vegetables on skewers. Grill or
broil about 10 minutes, turning and basting with marinade.
