Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 tb Oil 4 x Sweet Red Peppers in strips
2 x Carrots, chopped small 2 cn Crushed tomatoes 1 lb. 13 oz
1 ts Garlic powder 1 tb Basil
1 x Salt and pepper to taste

Sautee peppers and carrots in oil till tender. Add rest of ingredents.
Simmer 1 hr. cook Linguine and toss with sauce.
Optional: Add grated cheese and parsly while tossing.
