5 c Fresh blueberries 1 pk Fruit pectin powder -- l-3/4
Or 2 packages 12 ounces Ounces
Each 2 tb Lemon juice
Unsweetened frozen 3 1/2 ts Liquid artificial sweetener
Blueberries , thawed
In a saucepan, mash blueberries. Stir in pectin and lemon juice.
Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute. Remove from the heat; stir in the
sweetener. Stir for 2 minutes. Spoon into jars. Cool, Cover, seal and
refrigerate. Yield: 1-1/2 pints. Calories: 9 per tablespoon.
