Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1 1/2 c Boiling water
1 pk 8 serv size or 2 pk 4 serv
-size Jello brand raspberry
-or strawberry sugar free
-low calorie gelatin dessert
1 c Cold water
Ice cubes
2 3/4 c Thawed cool whip lite
-whipped topping

Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl 2 mins or until
completely dissolved. Mix cold water and ice cubes to make 2 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any
remaining ice.

Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Spoon into 8
dessert dishes.

Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm. Garnish with additional whipped
topping, raspberies and mint, if desired. Store leftover dessert in
refrigerator.
