4 c Skim milk 1/2 c Light rum
12 oz Evaporated skim milk 1 ts Vanilla
8 oz Frozen egg product, thawed Ground nutmeg
1/2 c Sugar
Over medium heat stir skim milk, evaporated skim milk, egg product and
sugar about 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. DO NOT BOIL.
Stir over a bowl of ice water 2 minutes. Cover; chill 4 to 24 hours.
Stir in rum and vanilla. Stir in more skim milk till desired
thickness. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
