Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

6 tb Oil -Salt to taste
1 lb Small shrimp, cleaned 1 tb Sherry

Heat oil in wok or frying pan. Add shrimp and stir fry until pink;
drain. Sprinkle with salt and sherry and serve.
