2 pk Carrots 1/2 c Sugar
1 lg Onion 1/2 c Vinegar
1 lg Bell pepper 1/2 c Wesson oil
1 cn Concentrated tomato soup
Cube, salt and cook carrots until tender. Drain and add onion and bell
pepper. Bring to a boil: tomato soup, sugar, vinegar and Wesson oil. Pour
this mixture over the carrots, onions and bell peppers. Refrigerate. This
will keep for several days.
